Bill Daves spent his entire life in the Mississippi Delta area. Currently, he and his wife, Rita, live in the hills of Carroll County, in the Gravel Hill Community.

Bill has two grown children-one of whom returned to call the Delta home-and his knowledge of the area was instrumental in finding that perfect spot for she and her husband to relocate.

Bill has over 40 years experience in sales and service to customers. He is committed to offering the best possible service, and that commitment shows in his diligence to stay abreast of the market and his determination to find that perfect property for a particular customer. 

When asked why he got involved in real estate, Bill says, "I love people, I enjoy being around and meeting new people. Being in the real estate business gives me an opportunity to be involved in one of the most important and exciting aspects of a person's life-finding the perfect home or piece of land."
